Our online store opens for 24 hours, meanwhile our customer services hours is at Monday – Friday, 10am – 7pm

We ship out our orders on weekdays only from 10am – 6pm.

If you wish to request for change of shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible and our representative will be more than happy to assists you. However, please note that we will not be able to amend them if an order has been shipped.

Yes, our product are 100% authentic. We ship directly from the estates and work directly with the representatives, ensuring the provenance of all our products and guaranteeing 100% authenticity. However, if you have any questions or doubts about a product, we would be glad to assist you.

  • Free delivery for orders above RM250 – Klang valley only
  • Outside Klang valley will have separate charges.
